There is just something about this church group!!! Every team they send down here loves the tortillas mucho!!!! This team was not any different. They would take day old tortillas and warm them up for breakfast. There was not any tortillas left over during this week. The ladies got up on Sunday and helped the men cook a breakfast of champions. Pancakes, big and small, our Honduran staff like their pancakes thin and the North Americans like their pancakes nice and thick. Then Russ made a mistake and started taking special egg orders. We were at the Cracker Barrell for sure that Sunday morning. Thank you for such a yummy breakfast for all of us to enjoy to our liking.
