As Ana approached the team along with her two children, Alberto age 12 and Genesis age 7 everyone was eagerly and enthusiastically ready to meet the family they had prayed over for many months. Now there was a face with their names. There was breath with a body, a real live human being who is in need of a little help to get their life going in a positive direction. Natividad, husband and father is ill and could not join us. But this team always prayed for him throughout their week as if he was right there working beside them. We let Ana know he was a very important part of this week even though he could not help. John early on asked if they could pray with him each day. And that is exactly what this team did before starting work each day they found Natividad and if he was able the team prayed over him. He faired better when it was just the men as the ladies quickly figured out and they respected his feelings and did not want to do anything to make him become anxious which would make his condition worsen. So after introductions we said our first pray of the week.
