Welcome Back Floyds Creek Baptist Church

This year Pastor Robert ask would we mind him bringing a long time pastor friend and his church family to Honduras.  Well we never turn down new faces with eager hearts to serve.  So we would like to welcome to Honduras, Pastor Neal from Element Community Church along with Hannah, Caleb, Greg, Magness, Jordan and Tim.  They came with eager hearts to serve their Lord and to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who would listen.
This two church team along with a sweet young lady named Shannon from Liberty Baptist Church got busy this first morning with making enough sandwiches for twenty two people, loading up the Kia with the necessary tools for the day.  New team members, Alex and Tim found out quickly how light the tool box was.  I shared with them you may not want to always believe what Mike says. All I had to say each morning is Mike is ready to load the truck and a swarm of young men took off to the Kia to help Mike get the Kia ready for the day.   Caleb and Mark mixed the Gatorade and water on a daily basis.  Each morning they started at 5:30 making the sandwiches and Gatorade to be ready to depart by 7:00 am.  When you have numerous folks on your team some of the older gentlemen got a break from the duties of the day.  Thanks to all the younger folks for taking care of your team this week.  God is good.

"'Stand up in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly and revere your God. I am the LORD.
Leviticus 19:32
