Floyd's Creek Tours Mt. Horeb

We would like to welcome back Floyd's Creek Baptist Church from Forest City North Carolina.  Team leader, Gregg, entered this week with his 15th year coming down to Honduras.  This year is team was offer a chance to work on Mt. Horeb and they accepted willingly and very excited to serve.  Team member, Roger "PawPaw", shared how much Mt. Horeb has changed in two years.  PawPaw Roger was unable to come last year and he was in awe of how much God has done since his last visit.  There was only land with not any structures.  God has provided the house where we house our staff now working on property, multi-purpose building, North American dorm and the missionary house where Mike and Ginger will live while serving in Honduras.  They adventured out and walked through the facilities envisioning how it will be one day when they will get to come and spend their eight days.  They got overwhelmed with the potential which lies ahead for Mt. Horeb.  After their tour they headed up the hill to their project for the week, Pastor Carlos' home.

Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them.
Remember the day you stood before the LORD your God at Horeb, when he said to me, "Assemble the people before me to hear my words so that they may learn to revere me as long as they live in the land and may teach them to their children."
Deuteronomy 4:9-10
