Working from the Scaffolding

Several team members were way out of their comfort zone this day.  Taylor shared she felt so uncomfortable up there working but how God used her anyway and she helped get the job done.  Taylor also shared how new team member, Marie, did a whole wall by herself.  This was the group team leader, Gregg, was worried about as far as getting the job completed.  Well ladies you showed him.  You let God use you in many ways this week.  Rachel hollered one time more mescal please.  All ladies were on board getting the job done.  Way to go first timer, Corrine, up on top of the scaffolding not sitting but standing there laying blocks and filling the joints with mescal.  God is faithful if we only allow Him to work through us.  From up on the scaffolding Paw Paw Roger said they saw a borge docking over in the Pacific Ocean.  If the team had not taken the plunge up on the scaffolding they would not been able to experience the beauty of all God's creation surrounding them.  Yes, it was very hot this day.  I believe the temperature got close to 100 degrees but this did not stop these folks from pushing forward to their goal God had given them.  Thank you everyone who help make this day happen.  Thank you to Sandy for keeping everyone hydrated and for Jessie for passing up the blocks to Gregg, Paw Paw, the girls, Sam and Pastor Robert.  Thanks to Benjy for staying focused on getting the blocks cut before they even asked for them.  Everyone worked had as a team.  Total team effort was exhibited today.  All God's people said AMEN.
Paw Paw's devotion one evening was on encouraging one another. I truly believe this day was one of a lot of encouragement.
