House Became a Home

Due to God's generosity and provisions for the week, the team was able to complete this house producing a beautiful home.  After lunch on the fourth day I heard Samuel tell the ladies we need more water for mixing the concrete floor.  Off the ladies went with buckets in hand to go to the well and draw water into their five gallon buckets and return with the buckets full of water placed so gently upon their heads.  They perfectly dumped the water into the barrels for use on the mixture of concrete.  There was not a minute the men did not have enough water for their work.  Everyone worked together to build this home.  Everyone joined together got the floor down and the roof up.  Clem assisted Mike and Pastor Carlos up on the roof.  All efforts brought the construction project to an end.  This was not the end for the team.  The team still had a women's bible study in the afternoon.  While the roof was going up the ladies were down under the mango trees doing their VBS activities.  This group came prepared in more ways than one to serve the Lord.  Job well done Salemburg Baptist Church.
" Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain."
