Dr. Brenda, Steve, Mike and I made a home visit day during the lunch break. Steve was gracious to share one of his sandwiches with Dr. Brenda because she was not at the church for her Honduran lunch. Thank you Steve. We arrived at Maria's home which is located in Pavana. Pastor Carlos, Mike and I visited her during this week about her receiving a home. We arrived to find out her five year old daughter had a hot pot of soup turn over on her and she was at the hospital with her daughter. Pastor Carlos checked later to see if we could go back and take Dr. Brenda with us and see what we could do for her. While there taking care of her daughter her three year old son was very sick as well. He had a respiratory infection. Dr. Brenda did a full examination on him and we gave medicines to help with his infection. Thank you Dr. Brenda for going beyond your call of duty this day to provide a family the medicines they needed to help cure two beautiful children. God is good all the time. Maria did not know she would be getting a home that week but God knew and what a blessing to provide a home for such a beautiful family. Maria's home will be built in September.
