We would like to welcome back to Honduras a lovely couple named Maurice and Penny. They have been numerous times in the past with their home church. But last year they had the opportunity to work beside their new brothers Ron and Gordon. So they decided to return with their new friends again. They compliment each other in every aspect of their giving. Maurice comes to keep each person hydrated and takes his job very seriously. The team is extremely blessed to have this gentleman carrying for them. Penny has the gift of service and enjoys serving and assisting others any way she can. They introduced the concept of a devotional during the lunch break last year and continued with this team. One evening the team was having God moments and sharing. Maurice shared how it is never to late to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. He became a child of God at the age of 50. He was encouraged by team member, John, to share this with the community. Penny shared her devotional and lead into Maurice sharing his testimony. Everyone listened contently as Maurice, our gentle gentleman shared about Jesus from his heart. As he shared about his mother which was actually the Saturday before Mother's Day, tears formed as he talked about how she was an influence in his life. Thank you Maurice and Penny for bringing so much love for Jesus and the Hondurans. We love you!!!!
