Five days ago Jim, team leader said "Oh this is a bigger than I thought." Guess what Jim shared the last day, "God is so much bigger." We all witnessed this the last five days. The old bridge has been in place for five years prior to the construction of the new bridge. This new bridge of 100 bags of cement will be here a very long time. It will be here for generations to come. Thank you God for all you do for us!!!!
As I read the post and saw the before and after picture of the bridge, chills ran through my body! I know that God used this as a tool to penetrate through the community. May His Word that was planted last week be watered so they will become a light in the darkness, professing Him as their Savior. As we grew to love this community, we know what the true purpose for us was and I'm so glad we responded to God's calling. May the bridge be a blessing, but also a reminder that God built it and answered their prayers! Thank you, Ginger, for the blog and allowing us to see the summary of our week... Such a blessing for us!
