The last day finally arrived. The team agreed to let Mike and Pastor Carlos put the roof up while they worked on finishing the floor. We had a long time friend, Pastor Israel come by to help mix the mescal for the floor. Pastor Israel was on vacation and rode his bike about five miles to come visit and help finish the house for Jessica and her family. The team worked hard carrying the buckets of mud to Pastor Brian and another church member so they could smooth it out with the metal bar. After everyone finished their part Pastor Carlos came behind them to put the final touches on Jessica's floor. Mike shared with Jessica to please wait three days before moving into her home she had waited so long to receive. He asked her to pour water on the floor to help cure it to perfection. She smiled and agreed. This had to be hard to do after waiting so long to receive this home. All in God's timing this house became a home. All in God's timing. All God's people said AMEN!!!!
