Last Minute Extras

 

I was sitting back in the only shade I could find at this point in the project of Jessica's home.  The rainy season has finally arrived.  The boards for sitting at to be moved because of the standing water and mud.  Jessica had a load of sand delivered earlier in the week.  I thought it would be a great idea to help move the sand for the sand down to the huge drop where the water was gathering.  As I continue to set there I shared with Pastor Brian how awesome it would be to make a concrete pad for Jessica and family to have when coming out of there shower.  Pastor Brian took it one step further well actually several "steps" further.  He started at the shower stall and dug out and place numerous blocks up until he reached the house.  So when they came out their back door to go to the shower or the pilla they will have steps to get them back and forth.  Each team member came forward to help Pastor Brian complete this last minute project. Victoria asked could she clean the mud off the medal doors.  I said please do.  Please make this home as beautiful as you can because you are doing it for the Lord.  Pastor Brian continued adding and taking away from this little stair steps until he got what he wanted it to become.  Pastor Brian took a lot of pride in his project as if he was putting in his backyard in his home in North Carolina.  Thank you for your selfless act of kindness.
