As their week came to an end the team was able to treat around 260 people in five days. Julio came on board to teach the children how to correctly clean their teeth daily. It takes time to get them cleaned just right and there is a proper way to do this. Rebecca took time away from triaged to teach the children dental hygiene skills. This is so important, good hygiene, cleanliness is of the upmost importance. There was so much hard work put into this week to get all this to take place and we are forever grateful for everyone's gifts and talents and how it all came together so beautifully in the name of Jesus. But the most important cleansing of all is when we dedicated our total being to Jesus Christ and He cleanses us inside and out. This week Jim and Mrs. Alice spent a lot of their time praying with people and sharing the gospel. They were bold in their witness for Jesus and because of this yes we saw 260 plus patients but angels were dancing in Heaven this week because of nine salvations. This is the reason these folks came to Honduras not to clean and repair teeth but to bring the lost to Jesus Christ. Because a healthy mouth is great but if they do not have Jesus Christ it will not matter once they pass from this earth what their teeth look like.
