While the floor was going down the roof was going up as well. Mike got up there with Braxton, Kevin and Brennen rotating them to help install roof panels. These guys got the job done. It took the entire day to finish the roofing but they never stopped until it was completed. They were assisted by brothers from the church. How beautiful this most have been to be up on top of this structure watching the completion of God's house being built and being apart of it. The Hondurans put their sweat and time into a church they will be able to worship in weekly. They will sit there each week and look back over the last few months and reflect on their precious memories God provided for them through the four teams who committed to built this church they will call theirs each week. They will remember all the sweat they themselves poured out each day when they look at the many blocks they all laid and mescal which was mixed. They all worked hard for two months to produce the finished product. So many different parts of the body of Christ was used to complete this task. Mike and I prayed God would show us who he wanted to be a part of this huge task. Thank you to all who said yes. God is good all the time.
