Two families serving in the name of Jesus

Welcome back Danny and Katie to Honduras.  This is their second time back but there first time together.  We were excited and blessed to find out they were getting to come back and work side by side.  The first time they were suppose to come together Katie had an emergency surgery done and could not come.  Last year Katie came without Danny.  So God blessed them both to be together this year.   We were grateful for Danny and Katie and all their many gifts they brought to the table.  Mike is especially was grateful for Katie and her freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

Welcome back for their second year Jimmy and Anita.  They worked hard together in the name of Jesus.  Thank you Jimmy for your amazing job during devotion one evening, "How important are foundation."   Mike shared with Jimmy how the foundation of the security fence around the property was, how strong it was and then Jimmy elaborated on the mission house is the teams foundation.  It is where all the activities revolve around. But how this will be changing one day.  The fence on the property will become the teams foundation for many years to come. This foundation will allow so many people to learn more and more about the gospel of Jesus Christ.  For many years to come this foundation will spread not only over Honduras but to other countries as well as the United States. What the North Americans are doing is opening up the gospel to the country of Honduras as well as the Hondurans opening up the gospel to North Americans.

46 "Why are you so polite with me, always saying 'Yes, sir,' and 'That's right, sir,' but never doing a thing I tell you? 47 These words I speak to you are not mere additions to your life, homeowner improvements to your standard of living. They are foundation words, words to build a life on. 48 "If you work the words into your life, you are like a smart carpenter who dug deep and laid the foundation of his house on bedrock. When the river burst its banks and crashed against the house, nothing could shake it; it was built to last.
Luke 6:46-48
