Each day we arrived to pass by Marlen's kitchen where her, Marie, Patricia, Martha, Pastor Pedro's mother and sweet Carmen, Elmer's mother busy at work in the kitchen. They cooked breakfast and lunch each day. The Hondurans were the only one participating in the breakfast. But later you will hear what these lovely ladies cooked each day and the team enjoyed every morsel.
As well as cooking they made several pots of delicious piping hot sugar with a little bit of coffee. The first morning they served Mike and Pastor Carlos their coffee with a tortilla and re fried beans. Well that was not working very well when Pastor Brian saw this taking place. Marie then came to bring Pastor Brian some coffee. This was a special treat each morning upon arrival to the project. Pastor Brian was working very hard the first morning and was letting me know my husband was not working hard at all. Marie's face beamed with pride of the demand for her coffee.
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
