Pastor Brian continued cutting Pastor Carlos his many different size blocks. As Pastor Carlos and his girls are working very hard up in the right corner it all started coming together. Payton, Taylor, Lauren, Kendell, Rachel and Ana stayed right by his side helping him get the corner level. Pastor Brian, Chris, Andrew, Caleb and Sam kept the special orders coming. After the first course was complete Pastor Brian's block cutting leveled off . It became more normal orders and less often. There was plenty of opportunities on this first morning but the team persevered in the name of Jesus. This was one flexible group of young people with amazing leadership. A lot of adults could learn from our young people.
This was Morgan's devotional about the Wise and Foolish Builder. She shared we need to come in with a firm foundation and to respect the culture of these people. We are foreigners in this country and we need to act accordingly. We need to represent Jesus Christ firm foundation in our actions and our deeds. This was Morgan's first in the country and had only been time to the job site. Morgan understood before she got here what she was suppose to do while serving in Honduras.
