Fellowship Time

These folks worked right up to he very end of their journey here in Honduras.  They found time on the last day to some what relax and enjoy some corn hole and the ladies helped prepare a delicious lunch which fed about 30 people.  The North American ladies made fried okra and chismo for our tasty lunch.  Senovia and Martha fried the fish and green banana chips.  This was a beautiful end to an amazing week.  There was several opportunities which pass this team's way during the week.  Pastor Larry's daddy was very sick but his daddy, Papa Gooch told him he better stay in Honduras and get God's work done because that was what he was called to do, the rain almost kept us from arriving to Mt. Horeb on the first day and on our last day Meida's mother passed away.  But in saying all this God's work never once stopped while this team was here.  There was 10 salvations and 30 some people who heard God's word for the first time and at least 20 bibles given out to everyone who came on Virgilia's property.  So do not let Satan win the battles when things are not going exactly as planned.  God is always in control which I am quoting Pastor Larry on this one.  The first day when the river swells went back down Pastor Larry shared in God moments that night God had it all the time.  God is in control.  All God's people say AMEN!!!!

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
