Prior to praying over the first block Mike shared with Pastor Larry the desire need of this family needing to know who Jesus Christ truly is. So Pastor Larry did just that. He shared this home will become four walls with mortar in between each block. This first block you just laid in this corner is called the cornerstone. Jesus Christ is our Cornerstone for all who believe in HIM. He will make this home a home where HIS love will be shared to all who enter it if you believe in HIM as your Lord and Savior. In order to have Jesus Christ as the Cornerstone of this home you have to believe in HIM. Pastor Larry did such an amazing job sharing the love of Jesus with this family who some may have never heard these words before. So as our new team member Taylor, age 21 prayed over the first block I truly felt the presence of the Holy Spirit in this place. What a captive audience around the first block and nearby neighbors who heard God's Word for the first time. What an amazing start to an amazing week.
