Four Familes Serving Together

We would like to welcome our first time friends to Honduras Rick and Lisa.  They had been a joy and a blessing to work beside this week.  They both came on board with a willing heart and wanting to do whatever they could to get the job complete.  They carried a beautiful smile and laughter daily.  Their joy is contagious.  Rick shared during God moments one evening how he enjoyed his drive each day to the project site because of the grandeur of God's creation.  Lisa enjoyed meeting a 85 year old lady the day they were able to go door to door visiting families.  This little lady blessed Lisa's day. Thank you both for answering God's calling to come to Honduras.

Our returning friends, Karen and her daughter Addison were with us last year.  It is awesome to see mother and daughter doing such an amazing task together.  They worked together and separate throughout the week.  They took care of others as well as themselves.  They both have servant hearts as it shows through their work ethics.  They worked wherever they were needed.  Karen is an encourager and she was always doing this with someone throughout the week.  Addison went to work wherever God sent here.  Great team work ladies.

Bette arrived with a smile on her face as she brought with her this year her daughter, Kaylee.  Bette came also as the team leader this year and has done an amazing job.  Her gift of teaching definitely paid off this week as this team as ran like a "well greased" machine as she shared one night in devotionals.  She encouraged her team mates daily.  Kaylee went to work wherever there was a need.  It was awesome to see another mother daughter team working together in the name of Jesus.  Thank you ladies for a job well done.

My friend Lynn and her son, Tyler has come for the third time this year.  They worked well together and separate.  They both are energize bunnies.  They never stop until the job is done.  Tyler is not idle.  He finds work to do and gets it done.  He is a team player just like his mother.  This is also special to see mother and son come to do missions for the Lord in Honduras. Thank you both for the love and passion you exhibit for this beautiful country.

"As for me and my house we will serve the Lord."
