God has truly blessed this ministry with some godly staff who worked hard for their Lord first and then for complete strangers week after week. They always put the needs of others before their own. Thank you God for Pastor Carlos who leads the construction teams week after week after week with a smile on his face and the patience of Job. Thank you God for Meida who does so much more than translates for each team each week. She is always watching out for the welfare of the team and what is going on around them. She keeps her eyes on everything and also on the team members to make sure they are always safe. She does an amazing job assisting the teams weekly with VBS. Her leadership roll there is phenomenal. Thank you for our joyful Tino. He is our chauffeur each and every week. He travels also to the airport with Mike and I to pick up and take the teams back to the airport. This is all he gets paid to do. But Tino helps out mixing mescal and laying the cornerstones with Pastor Carlos when we don't have extra Honduran help, like Cristobal. Cristobal is a gift from God. We use him to help the team get through the week with ease and so they can also enjoy the project without a lot of extra stress and work on the North Americans. He is another Pastor Carlos. So whenever we have Cristobal along the team is double blessed with good Honduran help. Thank you God for our dedicated staff!!!! This is only on the job site by the way. We are beyond bless with six more on the campus who we could not run this ministry without, Ingrid who cooks and cleans the multi-purpose building, Naun, Alexia, Yobani, our grounds keepers and Rudy and Manuel who are our security guards. It takes all of us to get this job done. God is so good!!!!
