This week started out bright and early with our young people from New Hope Baptist Church up at the kitchen at 4:45 cooking up a breakfast of champions. They cooked scrambled eggs, bacon, grits and pancakes each morning for their team members. They did this with joy in their hearts and attitudes. The team members were very grateful for this feast each and every morning as they gathered around on the porch to give thanks to God for His provision for them each day.
While all this cooking is going on there are sandwiches to be made and dishes to be washed. Oh yes and these jobs were done daily without being told when or how this should happen. I am telling whoever is reading this blog the young people are truly our future, especially those who follow in the guidance of our Lord and Savior. We can learn from these young adults who serve their Lord with gladness and joyful hearts. Well done morning crew in the kitchen, well done!!!!!
We are excited to have our church family with us this week to see what God is going to unfold. God is good all the time and all the time our God is so good.
