Mike, our Jefe, did an amazing job helping wherever he was needed this week. Jefe leads by example which is a great leadership quality to have when working with North Americans and our Honduran brothers and sisters. He was cutting the block and then he gave Alexia a quick lesson on how to lay the block which she did not do for very long. She actually stuck with filling in the joints for the others who were laying the blocks. Jefe was all over the place this first day of helping one of his staff members receive a home. This will be the last home for a staff member because now everyone under the umbrella of Mt. Horeb. God is so good to provide the physical needs of our staff as well as their spiritual needs. It goes without saying Jefe took time to enjoy the delicious cuisine of the Honduran culture. Jefe's nickname is "Martha" because he is always busy about His Father's work.
