The roof is up and the two jefes come down to a big bowl of grobo soup, lizard soup for those of you reading this do not know what grobo soup is. This is one of our delicacies here in Honduras. It is always a very special treat to eat this on any occasion. Today this generous and amazing family got three or four grobo to serve us on the last day prior to the home dedication. This also is a big sacrifice for this family to serve this special meal on the last day. As they stood back watching us partake of this scrumptious meal they had huge smiles across their faces. They were being blessed by blessing us with one of our favorite meals. Thank you God for another God moment that day, as we all agreed their were so many and more than we can share.
