Las Pradas Number Two was all about community. Debbie knew right where Vilma's little restaurant was down the street as she and Meida took Mike there the morning of the dedication to get a "snack". Meida brought everyone Honduran man back a "snack" and I have to say it was quiet tasty. There was several different recipes coming through, some with slaw and some without slaw. Mike's had pineapple and some had crema. The tostatos were made to order. While all this was taking place others were sitting around the tree chatting with the children. This was a nice breezy morning with a lot of cloud cover. It was a beautiful day to dedicate this home to Roberto and Vilma and family.
