The men started by unloading the truck with the boards used for benches on the work site. They casually got to know Meida and how useful she would be to each of them this week. Kim and Pastor Carlos reunited from last year and we were so blessed to have on board our new bus driver and friend Tino. This was a time of being flexible and waiting for further instructions from Mike.
Mike, missionary, shouted the block need to be put in the middle of the foundation. So off these guys went hauling blocks two by two. Erica is the first woman I have seen lately carrying a block in each hand. The young boys of the community were carrying blocks over their shoulder. Everyone was pitching in to get those block in place before the first block is ready to be prayed over. There was fervent work going on this first morning on their project to make all these blocks they were hauling to the foundation a new home safe and secure for Ezekiel and his family.
