While the men made breakfast Erica and Kim joined Ingrid on the back porch of the multi-purpose building to make tortillas. Lassie came along for full support and hoping Ingrid would share a tortilla or two. Both of the ladies learned very quickly how to make them and helped Ingrid. But the second day Erica shows back up to continue to help Ingrid make tortillas. On the third day I believe Erica prepared the mescal and water for Ingrid before she arrived for work. They continued making tortillas daily for the entire week. One more Erica said Mrs. Ginger Ingrid is out of mescal so you may want to purchase more for her. Erica took amazing care of Ingrid all week by assisting her in the making of the daily tortillas. Lassie was right by their side each and every morning waiting for her special treat from her new friend Ingrid. Ingrid graciously worked with Erica with a sincere and sweet spirit. Thank you Erica for building a relationship right here on Mt. Horeb and now you can go home and make your very own tortillas with your brand new tortilla press and tortilla basket. Buen Provecho.
