House Becoming a Home

This week has been so much more than laying 800 blocks, mixing up 52 bags of cement and putting in two doors and two windows.  This week was about a team who came here wanting to bless others in turn was blessed by any words I could type on this blog.  They all seven came with open hearts, servant hearts and humble hearts.  Each one allowed God to work in their lives by being here with Ezekiel, his family, his church family and his neighbors.  This team saw Jesus in their week every day.  They allowed Jesus to use them not only to build a home but to build them closer to HIM.  They built relationships with their friends from day one. Each day God would send a new friend there way to help with the project.  But each day a new friend came was just another way of showing how awesome and mighty our God truly is in our lives.  There was always just enough help each day as the team worked alongside of each one.  God provided all their needs each day on the job site.  They got blessed with overcast several days. There was always a breeze blowing for them up on this hill called Colonia Unidas.  So this week yes, a home got built and finished right on time.  But there was so much more built this week in the lives of my seven friends from Catalyst Church.
Dios es Bueno todos es tiempo.
