Speaking of being blessed this team was blessed with not only Pastor Carlos but his long time friend Pastor Hector. Pastor Carlos was excited when we shared with him to do this house up in Orocuina where is friend is Pastor of the church. Just like Meida and Tino we are doubled blessed with this godly man serving with us week after week and never waivers from his calm and serene demeanor. Chris and Jarrod both shared how we could all learn from how Pastor Carlos carries out his daily life. Pastor Carlos first of all starts his day still and in God's Word on the most beautiful view of Mt. Horeb, his porch. God blessed him with the best view of all and of course he definitely deserves the best of all because this is what Pastor Carlos does each and every day give God his very best. Chris asked does he do this with every team? Does he lead every construction team throughout the year? My answer was yes sir. His behavior never waivers. He is always just like you see him. If he were to say ay ay ay then we know there is a problem. But very seldom do we hear those words part his lips. Truly there is not anything eternal to our dear servant of God, Pastor Carlos. Mike and I learn from him daily how to live out a godly life in a way pleasing unto our Lord. What an example this quiet servant is but if you ever get to hear him preach from the pulpit, get ready because he can bring it on and bring it with boldness like you have never heard before. The Holy Spirit kicks in and he shares his love for the Lord with an elegance of power and strength. Thank you God for Pastor Carlos and his commitment to YOU first and then to Mt. Horeb.
