Serving as a Family

Welcome back David.  This year David brought his identical twin brother Jon.  They sounded alike and they definitely were brothers even by their mannerisms.  Pastor Carlos was taken back at how much they favored and acted alike.  The most precious part of all is watching them working side by side together. Jon asked David "Where you at brother?"  David answered Jon by saying, "Wherever you want me to be brother."  This was an amazing relationship to watch unfold this week.  These two are best friends and it is something we all should want to have in life.  They loved the children on the job site together and they loved others as well.  They were simply amazing godly men who came to Honduras to share the love of Jesus with others.  This will be memory they will treasure forever.  Love you two, Mama Greene

Welcome back Telfair and Rosemary.  Last year was Rosemary's first time and I believe this is Telfair's third year serving beside us.  Telfair came this year as the team leader for his first time.  Telfair you did an amazing job leading her team by example of a godly leader.  Your words of encouragement each evening to your team was heartwarming and sincere.  Rosemary as you served by his side to do what you could to make his job as team leader easier, job well done.  You two worked will together and also worked well separately.  You were both willing servants for our Lord and we thank you for all you both did to provide Rudy and Hilsi a home.
Rosemary's devotion was about the number two.  There were two Adam and Eve, There two animals on the ark, and there are two in a marriage like Rudy and Hilsi.
Scripture refers to us as communities.  We can accomplish more together than along.  We need to walk together this week in the good and the bad, so to support one another for the Kingdom work. God's desires for all of us is to be in a loving community of believers and serving together.
 Love you both!!!
