As the week progressed the team worked even harder as a team. They all pulled their weight on this project for the Perez family. Gloria shared one afternoon in the home of Cindi she wanted to push as hard as she could because she came here to give Cindi and Luis a home. She prayed to God to give her all the strength and energy He could for her to help them get their home. Chris shared I am not the greatest construction guy but God still used me for His Kingdom work. There was a place for everyone on this project to do their part for the Kingdom. A lot of the gentlemen shared how they definitely got out of their comfort zone this week in this intense heat working for Cindi and Luis. They all found out about the middle of the week they were working in the hottest area of the entire country of Honduras. I am hoping this helped them a little to know the heat was very intense more so than back home. But they pulled it off and never quit until it was done. Miguel Dos lead by example because he worked diligently leading his team to do the same with him. There were times we had to say come down now and take a break so we can use you more later. Everyone gave it their all and for that we, Mike and Ginger, are forever grateful. Let's just say every afternoon they welcomed a cold Fresca on the porch of the pulperia de Monte Horeb!!! We had so many precious moments sharing on the porch each day about how God used them all.
