Rosemary Loves Her Honduran Coffee

Before arriving Rosemary put her order in for her Honduran coffee.  She says she had just finished up her last little bag from last year.  So her trip back here was right on time.  She got real concern the first morning when she came up to the multi -purpose building and saw a bag of Folger's coffee on the table.  She thought she was not going to get her Honduran coffee this trip because she had bought it all out of the gift shop.  But interestingly Jon brought Folger's coffee to make red eye gravy for breakfast one morning plus someone jokingly told Jon we did not have any coffee in Honduras.  Well it became a big joke the rest of the week on which coffee were they going to drink at breakfast.  David shared he knew right away the one morning the Folgers was out they had better hurry up and change it before Rosemary arrived because there was definitely a huge difference in the taste of each.  Rosemary got doubled blessed on the job sight the first morning.  She had been working hard moving blocks for Mike to cut, hauling water for the mescal and laying blocks so I received a cup of coffee from Marie and I asked could my friend have a cup as well.  So I called Rosemary over to the house and pulled her up a chair and gave her a cup of true Honduran coffee.  Rosemary was most grateful for her short siesta and she shared a much needed siesta to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee right off the mountain top of Las Uvas.
